Following news that he would sit out for the rest of the NBA season, Kobe Bryant lashed out at Lakers management Wednesday (March 12), demanding that they’re held to the same high standard that he’s held to on the court.
Sitting out with a fractured knee, the Lakers superstar spoke with reports for an hour, demanding change NOW… not later.
“No. No. Nope. Not one lick,”
Kobe said, in regarding to waiting another season to rebuild another contender in 2015… after yet another losing season.
“Oh, yeah, let’s just play next year and let’s just suck again. No. Absolutely not. It’s my job to go out there on the court and perform, no excuses for it. Right? You’ve got to get things done.
